Type: Support Groups
Diabetes Support Group Enjoy healthy and delicious food and discuss a new diabetes topic each month. Stay up-to-date on current information, products and trends in diabetes management. It is a great way to meet other people experiencing the same challenges with diabetes self-management as you do.
When: the 4th Thursday of each month
August 28th at 6 p.m.
September 25th at 1 p.m.
Cost: $10 per person for the food
