Iowa Falls Hy-Vee is partnering with Iowa Valley Continuing Education (IVCE) at Ellsworth Community College to offer "Fundamentals of Enjoying Seafood."
Come learn how easy grilling, sautéing and searing seafood can be. Chef Kody will demonstrate and guide you through the different techniques and style of cooking seafood. Dietitian Tracey will discuss the numerous health benefits of eating seafood and how to select safe seafood.
