Join Jen Heringhausen, your Marion Hy-Vee dietitian and chef, for an interactive cooking class featuring several Blue Zones foods. We will be preparing Super Fruit Salad, Shaved Brussels Sprouts Slaw, Spring Rolls with Tofu & Peanut Sauce, Pumpkin Veggie Chili and Sweet & Sour Grape Smoothies.
