Learn to make some of Chef Elizabeth’s favorite fall recipes using seasonal produce.
First, learn to make sweet potato gnocchi, a fall twist on these delicious Italian potato dumplings. Enjoy the gnocchi with a nutty, browned, butter sauce, herbs and cream. Then, learn to make root vegetable oven fries with parsnips and turnips. These fries are so good, you may never go back to potatoes again! You’ll also see how simple it is to make chestnut soup with wild mushrooms. For dessert, enjoy an apple custard tart and taste an apple pie cocktail. Cost for this class is $20.
