Cooking Matters store tours teaches families to shop for healthy foods on a budget. Your Hy-Vee dietitians will teach participants how to read food labels, compare unit prices, identify whole grains and buy affordable produce.
Cost: Free
All participants will receive a $10 Hy-Vee gift card to use at the conclusion of the tour for healthy groceries.
