Chef Basil Hadjis will be joined by our meat expert, cheese specialist, dietiitan and wine specialist for a cooking class featuring prime rib and our exclusive dry-aged beef. Cheese, bread and wine pairings will be provided along with samples and recipes. Cost is $10 per person. Space is limited. Please register online or in-store at customer service or the meat counter.
