Whether you travel to Valencia on the Mediterranean, to Galicia on the Atlantic or to Castile in the heartland, a trip to Spain is a culinary pleasure! Amazing, high quality food can be found all over the country, in humble taverns or high-end restaurants. Experience Spain with Chef Gaby and sample a few of her favorite tapas:

  • Albondigas in Romesco Sauce - meatballs in a savory, roasted red pepper and almond sauce
  • Patatas Bravas with Aioli - roasted potatoes coated with romesco and a garlic sauce
  • Tortilla Espanola - Spain's national dish, a potato and onion omelette
  • Gambas with Chorizo and Lemon al Ajillo - jumbo shrimp sautéed with chorizo, tons of garlic and lemon juice
  • Mejillones a la Marinera - mussels in white wine sauce
