Join us and congratulate Chef Andy Schumacher, co-owner of Cobble Hill with wife, Carrie, on being selected as one of 20 finalists for the prestigious James Beard Best Chef in the Midwest award. Andy was chosen from nearly 35,000 submissions! Andy is very passionate about food and giving his guests great food experiences. He also loves to share that passion with fellow foodies by teaching time-practiced techniques that will open up your world of cooking.
In this class, Chef Andy will be making two lamb dishes: lamb merguez sausage with feta couscous, olives and red wine figs and braised lamb shank with sweet peas and edamame, watercress and preserved lemon peel.
