Menu to include: Kimchi, Seasoned Spinach and Bean Sprouts, Cucumber Salad, Bulgogi (marinated barbecued beef), Bibap (rice bowl with beef, mixed vegetables and hot bean paste), Japchae (stir-fried glass noodles)
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
