Come to this seafood class with Chef Jonathan Ricks and be introduced to fresh seasonal seafood, all cooked to perfection. An incredibly popular class that charges taste buds with wonderful recipe combinations all served with delicious samples of our artisan bakery breads. Menu to include: Cod Cakes, Shrimp Scampi, Seasonal Fish en Papillote, Fish Veracruz, Crab Quesadillas.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
