Join us for our monthly seafood feast! Chef Bob is cooking up some new and tasty creations. Menu to include Kale Salad with Peaches, Pecans, Manchego Cheese and a Walnut Vinaigrette; Capocollo-Wrapped Halibut with Lemon Parsley Sauce; Parsnip Puree; and Sautéed Baby Green Beans. For dessert, Cinnamon Croissant Bread Pudding with Mascarpone Whipped Cream. Recipes and samples will be provided.
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required. Participants must be 21 years old or older to register for a class with wine.
