Blue Zones Cooking Class - $10 per person
Taste your food in a whole new way! At our Blue Zones-inspired cooking class, you’ll learn simple ways to include more veggies, fruits, whole grains, beans and nuts into your cooking. Your Hy-Vee dietitian will be demonstrating how to make recipes including Cilantro-Walnut Pesto Spread, Spinach Salad with Pecorino Cheese, Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans and Peaches in Raspberry Yogurt Sauce.
