Taste your food in a whole new way! At our Blue Zones-inspired cooking class, you’ll learn simple ways to include more veggies, fruits, whole grains, beans and nuts into your cooking. Your Hy-Vee dietitian will be demonstrating how to make recipes including Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili, Creamy Garlic Mashed Cauliflower, Sizzled Green Beans with Pine Nuts and Pumpkin Fruit Dip. Registration and payment can be made at our customer service desk. Please register at least 24 hours in advance.
