Learn how to do food preservation! University of Illinois Extension, in partnership with Milan Hy-Vee will be holding youth summer food preservation classes utilizing curriculum from “Put it Up” by the National Center for Home Preservation. Produce from the Milan Hy-Vee One Step Garden will be used if available.

- August 2 - How to Make Freezer Pickles, Jam & Steps for Freezing & Drying other Vegetables
Fee: Cost is $12 per class or $20 for both.
