Nina, Milan Hy-Vee’s store dietitian, will provide science-based nutrition recommendations to help you become a sugar detective and identify added sugar in your diet. Learn about more natural sugar alternatives and what the term “sugar-free” really means. Samples of recipes and products will be included.
