What does “low carb” really mean? Are carbohydrates good or bad for our bodies? What is a carbohydrate and how much should I eat per day?
Answers to these questions and more information will be provided in this month’s Nina’s Nibbles Nutrition class. Nina, Milan Hy-Vee’s store dietitian, will provide science-based nutrition recommendations for a low-carb diet as well as spotlight the best foods and products on the market. Samples of recipes and products will be included.
