Come join Kelsey, the Peoria Hy-Vee dietitian, in the upstairs Club Room to prepare some J.A.M. (Just-Add-Meat) freezer-bag meals that will make family dinner a cinch. Participants will have hands-on experience with chopping and preparing, and will take home 3 meals for a family of four. Meat is not included but a coupon will be provided to be used on any meat from our fresh meat case.
