September is Cholesterol Education Month and a great time to get heart-smart! In this class, dietitian Adrienne will explain tips for getting started on a heart-smart meal plan. We will focus on the best foods to help lower cholesterol and you will receive recipes to take with you. Please sign up at Customer Service or call 816-454-4776. We will meet in the 2nd flood classroom. Cost: $10 per person.
