September is Heart Health Awareness Month. This is the time to get your numbers checked to ensure your heart is healthy. Your dietitian Whitney can perform a biometric screen to measure your total, LDL and HDL cholesterol levels, blood glucose, body fat, body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure. Screens take just 20 minutes and results are available immediately. After the screen, allow Whitney to go over your results and provide you with personalized advice on how to naturally prevent or control elevated levels. Must be fasting for 6-8 hours prior to test.
