The Department of Health, Sport, and Exercise Sciences at the KU School of Education would like to invite you to participate in the 5th annual Dr. Bob Run. The 2014 Dr. Bob Run will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Rim Rock Farm, just north of Lawrence, Kansas.
Runners, joggers, and walkers can all participate in either a 5K or 8K event, and there is also an option to compete in the 8K Team Challenge. All of the adult events will begin at 7:30 a.m. Also, be sure to bring out the family and support your children in the Hy-Vee 1-Mile Kids Run at 8:30 a.m.
*Please note that the Hy-Vee 1 Mile Kids Run at the Dr. Bob Run Event serves as the kick-off event for children who have also registered to participate in the Hy-Vee One Mile At A Time Program. For more information on the Hy-Vee One Mile At A Time program, please use the link provided on this page. Kids will need to register for both events separately: 1) The Hy-Vee 1 Mile Kids Fun Run at the Dr. Bob Run Event, and 2) the Hy-Vee One Mile At A Time Program.
