October can bring a chill in the air, so join Kristin, your Hy-Vee registered dietitian, to warm up with some tasty, simple dishes. October is Pasta Month. Join Kristin for a twist on pasta dishes. October is also National Celiac Awareness Month. Eating gluten-free can be delicious and nutritious! Home Instead representative, Jared, will be available to answer any questions or concerns regarding senior living! We welcome any age to this class! A Hy-Vee Pharmacy staff member will also be joining us to share information on immunizations!
