Take charge of your diabetes! You’re invited to join your Pacific Street Hy-Vee Diabetes Education Team for a fun and educational class. Classes will be held at the Pacific Street Hy-Vee Club Room. During this class, you will learn the different types of diabetes, diabetes risk factors and complications, diabetes management including diet, monitoring blood sugars, physical activity and medications, and quick and easy meal ideas!
Cost is $10 (may bring 1 guest for FREE). Please pre-register by calling 402-334-4444. Refreshments will be provided.
