This class is an extension of our popular “Sushi Basics.” Chef Marty teaches with a menu that varies from month to month, and with an emphasis on restaurant-style presentations and garnishes. We also cover how to select and prepare fish and other foods, and will offer a tasting of Japanese spirits.
