Menu to include: Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops with Apricot Brandy Sauce, Salmon Wellington (salmon with feta cheese, spinach and seasoning wrapped in a puff pastry), Grouper Fish Tacos
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
