Learn more about and gain control of your diabetes. Week 1 of this 4-week program includes an overview and diabetes monitoring guidelines. The 4-week program will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturdays (July 18, July 25, Aug. 8, Aug. 15). Topics include monitoring, healthy eating, exercise and problem-solving.
