The Intuitive Eating Group is a private group that meets monthly. If you consider yourself a chronic dieter and are interested in a more enjoyable approach to eating and living, contact dietitian Michelle Kuster to learn more about the group. The group discusses a variety of issues related to food and body image and is led by dietitian Michelle who is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
