Fireside Winery and Waterfront Hy-Vee invite you to a dinner like none other you've experienced. Be our guest in Fireside Winery's beautiful Brickyard Hill Vineyard and feast on a delicious meal created by Chef Tracy of the Iowa City Waterfront Hy-Vee.
The evening's meal will be truly an Iowa experience. The ingredients for Chef Tracy and Hy-Vee dietitian, Kym Wroble's tantalizing evening menu will be sourced from local farmers, and of course, the wine is made locally by Fireside Winery. Guests are welcome to mingle along the vines with a glass of wine. The dinner will be available starting at 7:00pm.

- Honey-Apricot Smoked Pork Loin
- Freshly Carved Roast Sirloin with Red Wine Reduction
- Grilled Marvin Hotz Corn Salad
- Wheatberry Pumpkin Seed Salad
- Grilled Ratatouille
- Caprese Salad with Cold-Pressed Olive Oil and Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- Iowa Bacon Grilled Potato Salad
- Roasted Grape Dessert Crostini with Milton Creamery Quark Cheese and Toasted Walnuts
- Kalona Shortcake with Fresh Berries
Along with dinner, guests may have their choice of Fireside wines. Musical entertainment during dinner will be performed by Billy Heller. Cost is $75 per person plus tax. Gratuity is at the guest discretion. Reservations will be accepted online at FiresideWinery.com. Reservations will be accepted through Thursday, July 16.
The dinner will be served inside of our Brickyard Hill Vineyard. Entrance located on left side of road, 1/4 mile past 2088 160th Street in Marengo, Iowa. In case of rain, the dinner will be moved to Fireside Winery at 1755 P Ave in Marengo, Iowa.
