"DISH" Freezer Meal-Building Workshop

Are you tired of making the same meals every week? Your Hy-Vee dietitians and our DISH (Dinner Is Solved at Hy-Vee) team of foodies have the perfect answer for your meal time dilemmas with this workshop located in your Hy-Vee Club Room. Think of it as a productive night off as you prepare 6 healthy family-sized entrees and 3 side dishes to take home with the option to bake or freeze.

The hard work is done - arrive to find all food ingredients and supplies shopped for, washed and arranged at each meal-building station.  All you need to do is cut up a few ingredients, assemble and dish up the meals!  No clean-up required!

If you sign up, then decide that you are unable to participate in the class, we must be notified prior to the pre-registration deadline for a refund or credit towards a future class. If the deadline has passed, another friend or family member will need to assemble the meals for you.

**Please note: If you are unable to find someone to make your meals, there is a $40 service charge for us to assemble your meals. You would be able to pick up your meals the following day. 

This month's menu includes: 
Entrees - Two Mustard Baked Chicken; Pizza Pasta Salad; Asian Barbecue Glazed Salmon; Bean & Cheese Enchiladas (meat-free); Slow-Cooker Pork Chop Casserole; French Roast Beef Sandwiches with Swiss Cheese
Sides - Frozen Fruit Cups; Mediterranean Roasted Broccoli & Tomatoes (do not freeze); Blueberry Almond Avocado Muffins

Registration deadlines:
Thursday, July 2 class – due Friday, June 26 at noon
Tuesday, July 7  class – due Wednesday, July 1 at noon
Monday, July 13 class  – due Wednesday, July 8 at noon
Monday, July 20 class – due Wednesday, July 15 at noon
Wednesday, July 29 class – due Thursday, July 23 at noon
