Children ages 6 to 10 are invited to join your Hamilton Hy-Vee dietitian for a hands-on cooking camp to learn about MyPlate. Kids will participate in activities to learn more about the food groups, and they will have the opportunity to taste-test all snacks created. Class subjects include fruits and veggies, grains and starches, protein and dairy. Sign up for one day or sign up for all four! For more information contact Korie, your Hy-Vee dietitian.
