Summer provides us with a delicious variety of produce to work with! This month we will be making Grilled Avocados with Cherry Tomatoes and Herbs, Fresh Peach Salad with Mint Pesto, Coconut Corn Salad and Banana Strawberry “Ice Cream” topped with fresh berries.
