The Begin Program is a healthy lifestyle and weight management program taught by a registered dietitian in a group session over the course of 10 weeks. Participants learn essential skills to make healthier changes and meet health goals. Individual progress is monitored by a health professional. Class will meet on Wednesdays from July 30 through September 24, either at 2 p.m. or 6 p.m. Enjoy a $.25 Fuel Saver discount when signing up, and a $25 Hy-Vee gift card if health goal is met.
