Chef Jessica Horne is preparing sandwiches to help cool you down on those hot summer nights! We will be making Salad Nicoise, Crab Salad, a new spin on Chicken Salad, Flank Steak and Mushrooms and a classic Cuban Sandwich. Save room for sides like Baked Potato Chips and a refreshing Potato Salad with Mustard Dressing; there is definitely something for everyone! We will also be whipping up a fresh Strawberry Granita for dessert, so get out of the heat and enjoy a cool summer night in the Club Room of your Midtown Hy-Vee.
