Join dietitian Brian, cheese specialist Tina, and wine specialist Jon for a cheese and wine class. In this class you will
- Learn about the health benefits of cheese
- Try and take home elegant cheese recipes
- Taste up to 15 different international cheeses and learn the correct way to taste cheese
- Learn about a variety of wines and their pairings with the cheeses being offered.
