Location: Milan Hy-Vee Produce Department
Demonstrations will occur at 11:00 a.m. and at noon in the produce department at Milan Hy-Vee. Each demo will last approximately 30 minutes, followed by time for Q&A with Kristen Bogdonas, University of Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator. The extension can also test pressure gauges if brought to the first session.
Produce from the Milan Hy-Vee One Step Garden will be used if available.
