This class is a must-attend for all people! Don’t be scared away by the "gluten-free" in the title of this class. Yes, these recipes are gluten-free, but they are also delicious and your guests won’t even know the difference. Chef Monika will be showing us how to prepare Quinoa Cakes with Remoulade Sauce, Almond-Crusted Pork Chop with Mushroom Sauce, Goat Cheese Risotto and a Flourless Chocolate Cake with Fresh Raspberries and Raspberry Sauce.
