Love craft beers? Please your palate and join us for our Tour of Brews beer dinner on Friday, June 12! Our chefs have prepared a special menu and hand selected the craft beer pairings for each course. Eight different brewery reps will be present including Schlafly, Backpocket, Singlespeed, Summit, Millstream, Capital, Kalona and Woodchuck Ciders.
A Cheers! and Chat kicks off the dinner at 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. During this appetizer hour, mingle with other dinner guests and chat with the brewery reps.

- Chef's Smoked Salmon
- Texas Style Smoked Pork Rib
- Smoked Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Onion
- Seared Ahi Tuna with Avocado and Wasabi on Cajun Kale Slaw
- Grilled Chicken Skewers with Apple Rhubarb Sauce
Four-Course Dinner, begins at 7 p.m.
- First Course: Charcuterie Display Board
- Second Course: Grilled Sea Scallops on Farm Fresh Greens with Valencia Marmalade Vinaigrette
- Entree: Caramelized Peppered Strip Loin with Fingerling Potato & Fennel Au Gratin
- Dessert: Chocolate Cheese Cake with Cherry Creme Anglaise
