May is High Blood Pressure Awareness month. Visit with our dietitian, Courtney, to learn how you can prevent or treat high blood pressure using the DASH Diet. DASH stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (high blood pressure). By making simple, healthy changes to your diet, you can lower your blood pressure and keep it within a healthy range.
