Join Chef Lance White and Holly Swee, RN,LN, Director of Nutrition and Consumer Information for the South Dakota Beef Industry Council for this great class with beef! Kick up your heels in this class as you learn the secrets to cooking with beef. Holly will have free meat thermometers for guests attending class. Menu to include: samples of Meatballs with Raspberry au Jus, Beef-Wrapped Shrimp, Steak Crostini.
Participants must be 21 years of age or older to register for this class with wine.
