Wine Dinner

Join Chef Bob Allen and Kristen Malek-Madini for our last wine dinner of the season. This is an evening of fine dining and elegant wines and good friendship. We also have a spectacular deal on a wine (only six bottles available in the whole state) that is available to our wine dinner participants first!

Menu and wine pairings include Butter Leaf Lettuce with Cucumber, Slivered Almonds and Goat Cheese with a Champagne Cherry Tomato Vinaigrette paired with 2012 Horse Heaven Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc.

The second course will be Truffle and Potato Spring Roll with Warm Balsamic Bacon Sauce paired with 2010 Nina Lee Syrah.

The entrée for the evening will consist of Duck Manicotti with Acai Berry Reduction, Roasted Asparagus and Duck Fat Sauce paired with 2010 Katherine Corkum Cabernet Franc.

For dessert, Chef Bob has done it again! Trio of Cream Puffs, with fillings to include Salted Caramel, Dark Chocolate Mousse and Sweet Cherry Milk Chocolate, all paired with 2010 Frederick Red Wine.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required in the Wine and Spirits Department.

Time: Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.

Cost: $35 (must be registered by Friday, May 16th), $40 (if registered after Friday, May 16th)
