The Altoona Police/Fire Department will be at your Altoona Hy-Vee to do fingerprinting for children 12 and under. Fingerprinting your kids is one way to help protect them, as fingerprints can help identify and locate a missing child to help return them home safely. There is no cost for this, so make sure to stop by!
