Make-Ahead Freezer Meals: Tuesday, April 14; 5-7 p.m.
Are you looking to save time in the kitchen? You will leave with 4 meals ready to place in your freezer until you need them. Dietitian Adrienne will have all the ingredients shopped for you; all you do is come in and assemble your recipes. We will be making Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas, Chicken Parmesan Casserole with Easy Garlic Broccoli, Italian Wedding Soup and Cranberry-Mustard Pork Loin with Quick Veggie Pilaf. Registration at least 48 hours in advance is required; please sign up at Customer Service. We will meet in our dining area. Cost: $10 class fee plus cost of groceries for each meal. Cost of recipes are estimated to range from $12-15 each. Each recipe is 4-6 servings.
