Want to lose some weight before summer comes? Take on the challenge with Chef Angela as she loses weight with you! The class will include four healthy weight loss classes taught by Kara that show you how to lose weight by making healthy, lifestyle changes.

Class topics include: portion distortion, volumetric eating, filling up on fiber and decoding the nutrition facts label. Four additional cooking demonstration classes will be led by Chef Angela where she’ll show you how you can make tasty meals that are healthy too! Each demonstration concludes with a full meal for you to enjoy. Weekly weigh-ins with the opportunity to earn Fuel Saver points will keep you accountable and motivated!
