Join Chef Mike and Chef Apprentice Rebecca for a Romanian Cuisine and Wine tasting. Marian Fuica from TerraFirma Wines and a native of Romania will pairing wines with each course. The menu consists of Salata de Boeuf, Ciorba de Perisoare, Tochitura, Sarmale and Joffre Cake. The dinner is Tuesday, April 29th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm.
