How often do you look at your feet? April is Food Care Month. Members of Brookings Health System and Hy-Vee will be available to discuss daily foot care, footwear selection, precautions to protect your feet and exercises.
Live Well 360° is a public wellness program offered the third Thursday of every month by the Brookings Health System and Hy-Vee. It focuses on the 7 dimensions of wellness: Physical, Social/Cultural, Environmental, Occupational, Spiritual, Emotional and Intellectual.
