Join us and learn to prepare meals that are healthy, easy to prepare and taste great! Hy-Vee Chef Karen Sherman will demonstrate several recipes and share cooking tips! Information on healthy nutrition for people with diabetes will be presented by Hy-Vee registered dietitian, Kristin Sousek.
Menu to include: Texas caviar, spinach salad with feta cheese, chicken with sun-dried tomato sauce, carrot pumpkin bars.
