If so, join Hy-Vee dietitian Shelly Asplin, to go through the steps of learning how to love living gluten-free. Class time will cover celiac disease, update on new gluten-free labeling laws, gluten-free diet instruction, label reading know-how, product sampling and a brief gluten-free shopping tour.
