Seafood Cooking Class

We will be showcasing the wide variety of shellfish and fresh fish available in our Seafood Department.  Chef Mike will be preparing some quick, easy and healthy recipes whether you bake, grill or pan fry your meal.  Lisa, our dietitian, will be there to answer your nutrition questions.  Ahren, our seafood manager, will talking about Hy-Vee's Responsible Choice initiative.  There is no charge for this class and seating will be limited to 20 people.  Please sign up at Customer Service to reserve your spot for this fun and educational class.
