Join Chef Dave as he shares how to select the perfect knife for your cooking needs. Learn proper use of a honing steel plus sharpening your knives.
Different cuts will be shown using fruits and vegetables, from which Dave will prepare Vegetable Spring Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce, Green Goddess Salad and Caprese Salad.
Cost to attend class is $5.00 per person. Register at Customer Service. Class size is limited; please register by April 18.
