Each month, Amanda will offer this workshop to help educate you on cooking techniques while providing you health information to make your life "easier, healthier and happier!" This month's topic will be Healthy Eating for Diabetes! Amanda will prepare an entire meal for you while providing you tools to help manage your diabetes and pre-diabetes.
