Bring your school-age children (ages 4-11) in for an hour of nutritional fun with Kristin Sousek, RD, LN. They will have the opportunity to taste new foods and make some delicious, yet healthy snacks while learning about nutrition and kitchen safety. Menu to include leprechaun pinwheels, Irish parfaits, homemade pretzels dipped in a “pot of gold” kiwi shamrocks.
Adult must be present with child during class. Please advise Kristin if your child has allergies of any type prior to class registration.
